How do I talk to a real person?

I need to talk to a real person, not an AI assistant. They are not giving me information that works

Hello! Thank you for your reply. I need to talk with a live person. My TV remote stopped working so I reset it and wanted to pair it again. I followed the directions on the xfinity website for pairing and resetting but none of it has worked. I called the number but the AI wouldn’t get to to a live person and gave me directions for the remote that also did not work. I need someone live to help me.

I can certainly understand how frustrating it is when the remote stops working, especially after you've already tried the troubleshooting steps and weren't able to get the help you needed through the automated system. To get started, could you let us know which Xfinity remote you have (for example, XR11, XR15, XR16, etc.) and whether you're trying to pair it with an X1 TV Box, Flex box, or Xumo Stream Box? You can check our remotes HERE. Once we have that information, we can walk through some additional troubleshooting steps and determine whether the remote may need to be replaced.
