How do I talk to a person?

I’ve tried calling the number 5 separate times and keep getting directed getting directed to the site and hung up on. If the site had the answers I wouldn’t be calling. Do people really think I enjoy wasting my time dealing with the awful god forsaken service? How do I just talk to a human being? Still suspicious how the minute this is tagged with ‘issue’ it’s suddenly unable to post.
