How do I talk to a person about my internet/cable line falling down and laying across my yard and parking areas?

My Comcast/Xfinity line to my house fell down and is now laying across my yard and parking area. I have submitted tickets and said someone will get back to me some time, no follow up emails or calls or details provided. I’ve tried calling your phone number and cannot get to a person, only automated unhelpful questions/prompts. How do I get this fixed and talk to an actual person?

user_xd2776 Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your line. Keeping our communities safe is one of our top priorties. I'd be happy to look into your ticket, and provide any updates we have received on the work order timeframe. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and any previous ticket numbers?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
