how do I talk to a live person without your AI bot cutting me off

you can never get past your little chirpy chippy AI in text nor can you get past them on your wonderful little data loop of a customer greeting when you call the 800 number so how do I get a hold of a live person because we have had another outage, but this has been a habitual issue since you guys worked in the neighborhood technicians have been in my house. They verified that everything in my house is connected as it should be and is proper but when I call, I just get the bot and then I get cut off so how do I talk to a human being? What’s that number
