How do I talk to a live customer service agent?

Just when I thought I was loving AI I now have a new hate for Xfinity’s AI. New customer. Not happy.
When the lawn guy was here last week, he accidentally cut the cable line running from the street to my house. I made an appointment for a technician to come out and replace the line and then I went to Home Depot and bought the materials to splice it together so that we had Internet until the tech showed up.
Little did I know that after I put a patch on the line and fixed the connection that Xfinity AI would cancel my upcoming appointment without letting me know or giving me the option to keep it.  So here I am waiting for a technician to show up on a Saturday that’s not showing up and now I cannot get a hold of anybody through the customer service line to try to remake the appointment. The Xfinity AI will not let me make the appointment because it keeps telling me that I have Internet.
I’m on the phone going in circles with this AI assistant trying to get a hold of an actual person to let them know I actually need someone to come out here and replace this line.

Can anyone help me out with how I can get a hold of an actual person or a different number I can call or if anyone’s ran into this type of an issue and can give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
