How do I stop my mobile phone service?

I have been trying to cancel my mobile phone service for about a week now.

I have spoken to multiple representatives and now my account shows as no longer active, however

i still have service on my mobile phone.... I no longer require Cellular Phone Service & do not want to keep

paying this bill. Do I need to call my credit card company & remove permission for Xfinity to charge me?
