How do I speak with an actual human being?

I have been trying to get through to speak to an actual human being regarding my internet usage as I believe there is an issue. I called 1-800-XFINITY and I kept going around in circles and the Xfinity Assistant is absolutely no help as they keep repeating the same questions. I need to speak to an actual person!! How do I speak to someone who can help me?!
