how do I speak to someone about non-standard installation
About a month ago we tried to have xfinity installed but the tech who came said our house is too far set back from the node at the curb on our street and xfinity would need to run more line and another node on our property. They estimated the cost at between $2000-$5000 and said we'd hear back in a week or so about a survey.
It's been a month, we haven't heard back, and I keep trying to get information by calling customer service. Each time I'm routed to the Philippines where a very nice person tells me they don't have access to that information.
I can't find another contact number anywhere- can someone point me to a number I can call to find out what's going on?
