How do I speak to live agent?? My issue is not an option on chat
I’m literally in tears trying to figure out how to speak to someone about my issue. My box of equipment was “delivered” by ups but we did not receive it. It must have been misdeliverd to different address.We need you to get us the equipment or send new. This is not an option on the chat.
xfinity by far as the WORST customer service and I am about to report to FCC for a violation. We are paying for a service we cannot access and you refuse to allow access to customer support.
