How do i speak to an agent

All I get are endless circular options with both the chat and phone agent. I was lied to about the cost of the service I was offered and over charged. What's more, the agent who lied and signed me up for the service signed me up for it, then he transferred me to his buddy, who asked me to go through the EXACT same questions and authorizations a second time so they could double-dip on the commission from the sale. So, not only was I intentionally mislead so they could make a sale, but then they did it twice so they could make money. My partner died in April and I have been trying so hard to make ends meet since. I had to pay $3000 for the cremation alone, and I called xfinity asking them to reduce my service to help me save money. I look at my bill now and it is charging me so much more. i was promised a faster speed than I presently had at a reduced cost. I trusted xfinity to help me and they used me instead. Now, when I try to talk to someone to correct this, i get endless chat bots and no way through to a person.
