How do I speak to an agent

Internet is down. Chat assistant won't do a simple reset of my Internet. I can't talk to anyone. I am honestly thinking of switching, this happens too often. No idea where to get help

user_tuwx1d I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting with someone and that your service is having some trouble. Have you also checked the Xfinity app/website to see if there is a reported interruption in the area, or tried the diagnostic troubleshooting?
