How Do I Speak To A USA Agent
It is horrible to pay a company $300 a month, have to go through voice prompts, then chat bots, and finally get a live person on the line who do not clearly speak English, understand your concerns or empathize in any way. Then to have to almost SCREAM to talk to a supervisor and then to be left on hold repeatedly because they are mad that you don't want to talk to them, is ridiculous.
