How do I speak to a representative?

I am so beyond frustrated.

I'm just trying to change my plan details, and the AI "assistant" keeps running me in circles and sending me links to unhelpful things. When I ask to speak to a live agent or representative, it ignores me or says it doesn't understand. I called, and waited on the phone for nearly an hour before I had to leave for work. Is there a contact email, or a way to make sure I speak to someone? I'm seriously considering just cancelling my plan entirely after this.

Feel free to send us a direct message at your convenience with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
