How do I speak to a real support person?
I have called the Xfinity number 5 times, and I can not get through to a real person. The AI bot doesn't understand what I am saying. I keep asking for an operator and can not get through.
We have been having issues with our internet dropping for over a week. We have rebooted the gateway 2x today and still have an issue.
I need to speak to a real person to help me.
This is the worse experience ever!
