HOW DO I SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON???
I called the number and it will just send you to a messaging bot that is useless for anything other than basic info. I feel bad for the people that have to deal with your angry customers by time they reach an actual agent. If you weren't angry when you called then you will be when you're done with the bot it's a xfinity guarantee. I'd like to speak with an actual person is that too much to ask.
