How do I speak to a real person to ask questions?

I cannot get beyond the Xfinity chat AI which is not answering my questions and not connecting me through to a real live person to speak to. I cannot find any phone numbers to ring. How can I get to talk to a person to ask my questions? I had 2 queries - firstly about my bill hiking up in price and secondly, what are the charges to call internally if I were to get their promotional

mobile deal.

user_a1wm1d Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. You should be able to reach a live representative even using the Xfinity Assistant by entering a message 'Speak to a Representative', which should route you to an agent within a few moments.
