How do I speak to a live person?

 Internet is not working and cannot get through to a live person. All automated. I work from home

chels_kay21 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your services aren't working. Have you already checked that the modem is plugged in and the coaxial cord is secure? If so, have you tried unplugging the modem from the wall for 60 seconds and plugging it back in? If the modem is still offline you can also check to see if you are experiencing a temporary service interruption by logging into the Xfinity app, which also has some great troubleshooting options as well.

@XfinityBillie​ I've already done all of that. Still nothing. It was literally unplugged and then plugged back in and now this. But then when it wouldn't I have unplugged it for 30 seconds to a minute to restart and still nothing
