How do I speak to a live person?
I've been a loyal customer for years, and noticed my monthly bill had increased by 303% one month, then 103$ the next month without any warning. I have been trying to talk to a live person to try and manage my service because I am extremely upset that I had to spend $303 more on my services. How in the world do I get connected?! I've been using the 1800-XFINITY customer service number, but with every since option it is AI generated and prompts me to go to xfinity.com. Please help me before I lose my mind.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
