How do I speak to a live agent

Chat bot loops and will not connect to a live agent.

Thank you very much for reaching out here @user_4rynzw. I am sorry to hear about the issue with that cable box. There would not be a charge on that service call as the issue is with our equipment and service.

Is it necessary to have a person come to my house to fix or replace the box? When I started my service, xfinity just mailed the x1 box to me.

Great question @user_4rynzw. It would not be requires to set up a service call if that cable box is the issue. You can always swap the box out at any Xfinity service center, or we can have a replacement sent from here. Normally those would arrive in 3 to 5 days.
