How do I speak to a live agent?

I want to speak to a live agent.  Why are you offering me all the "convenient" ways to pay my bill rather than offering me an easy way to connect with a representative who can answer my questions BEFORE I GIVE YOU MY MONEY!!!!! [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

You send me phone menus that don't lead anywhere but ways to conveniently send you my money.  You offer to send text links to chats that offer convenient ways to send you my money.  You offer links on your website that direct me to convenient ways to send you my money.  WHERE IS THE LINK TO A CONVENIENT WAY THAT A CUSTOMER CAN TALK TO SOMEONE TO GET THEIR QUESTIONS ANSWERED?
