how do i speak to a live agent to fix my wifi?
I work from home and have been stuck in your automated system since last night without being able to speak to a live person. I work from home and still have no internet service. I am completely frustrated with Xfinity and their lack of customer service. Ready to end this.

Hello, @user_6p126z. I appreciate you making us aware you were not able to speak to anyone last night and that your internet service isn't working via Forums. I also work from home, so I can definitely relate to you. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this.
So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
