How do i schedule an SRO after tree fell on my cable outside?

Tree fell on the cable and disconnected it.  How do i schedule an appointment to fix it.  Everytime I call xfinity I only get the chat bot that tells me to restart the modem.   I had a customer service call from a human that told me to call 1 800 266 2278 ext 221 but that number only calls the automated voice which has zero ability to understand or schedule an SRO.
