How do I schedule a service call appointment?

I’ve spent a total of almost 8 hours trying to get through to someone and trying to fix my own issue with your direction your chat bot. I was told I needed a new modem. I got a new modem. I did everything your chat box told me to do and I still can’t get any of this to work. I need a service appointment.
