How do I schedule a human technician?

I am a NEW Xfinity Internet customer. The temporary cable, Gateway, and permanent cable have been installed. The permanent cable has not yet been connected. There are multiple dead spots in our not-so-large house where there is unstable or no internet connection. We bought a Wifi Extender. It has not helped. Before we shell out another $100+ for another Extender, I want to schedule a human technician to assess the problem. If we are unable to do so, we are going to cancel this service and go with another company. How do I schedule a human technician?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I should have noted in my original post: I have been through MULTIPLE rounds with the AI assistant, on the app and on the phone. I have rebooted the Gateway and the Extender and my laptop MULTIPLE times. It has been completely useless. When I ask the AI assistant to schedule a human technician, it circles back to the beginning of the process, tests my system, and tells me that everything looks great. I've wasted hours! How do I schedule a human technician?

@XfinityNatalie The first set of steps is not helpful. There is no "Scheduled Appointment or Troubleshooting" link on the Overview or any other tab. There is only "Troubleshooting", which is useless because it tells me my system is great, which in reality is NOT the case.

I will try the DM route.
