How do I schedule a call

Want to talk with someone regarding a change to my services, but can't get through to a live person.  How can I schedule a call with an agent that can help me?

Hey there, @user_ybx0of. To speak with a representative you would need to call 1-800-Xfinity and navigate through the prompts. Our team can definitely assist with covering options to make changes to your account. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

What??? I need to be a computer programmer to get a human? I have spent multiple days at 45 minutes of pop trying to get a human. The prompts aren't even what I'm trying to do. So I absolutely need a human. I'm being overcharged $70 a month and I can't do anything about it.
