How do I request an XB8 modem?
I have the XB7 but would like to change to an XB8. Last time I asked on phone they said they were not in inventory. That was a few months ago so I want to try again.

The super quick way is if there is an Xfinity store by you, grab the old one and exchange it. If they give you any grief, say it's broken.
It's rental gear.
