How do I request a serviceability evaluation?

I've seen some older questions in this regard that are archived.  Those requests had comcast reps direct users to submit a direct message thorugh this forum.  I don't know if this is still possible, so I'm giving it a try.  

I live in a relatively new neighborhood, that is somewhat rural, with DSL as the only option for internet.  It's not very good.  There's another neighborhood close by (a mile away) that does have comcast service.  I'm hoping that it's just a matter of not knowing about the neighborhood and they need to be made aware of it.  It is well within the overall comcast service area.
