How do I request a cable box upgrade to 4K?
How can I upgrade an existing cable box from HD to 4K? That seems like a straightforward question.
The online "assistant" can't seem to understand this question. All the Xfinity AI leads to frustration. I'm routed to add equipment - it's not an additional TV, which seems to be the only option available at an additional TV charge.

Hello there! We can surely help with upgrading to one of our 4K boxes. Please send us a DM with your name and address to get started.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3iVtu1B
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it any of those platforms will be able to assist. :)
