HOW DO I REPORT A SUBCONTRACTOR & FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGE ON MY PROPERTY THEY CAUSED

Their subcontractor CCU broke a water line at my house causing a leak. How do I report a subcontractor so that I can get reimbursed for the damage done to my property? I would like to be contacted by Comcast so that this can be resolved.

Hello @user_2da40c, and thank you for reaching out about a damage claim you need to file due to a broke water line. I would be happy to put in a request to have the claim looked at for you. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
