How do I report a bee infestation in a pedestal in my back yard?
There is a pedestal in my back yard that is infested with bees - there must be a hive inside. I contacted an exterminator and a beekeeper, and neither will touch it because I do not "own" the box. I cannot tell if it is an Xifinity box or someone else's, as it is completely COVERED with bees. It appears to be rectangular in profile and a light green plastic material. The 811 service (the "call before you dig" people) tell me it is either Xfinity, AT&T, or CenterPoint. I already had CenterPoint out and they confirmed it is not theirs. I also have an appointment with AT&T. How do I get someone out to look at it?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
