How do I reach a human being in the United States
I have spent 3 months arguing with your chat team, being transferred from one incompetent person to the next with no authority to do anything close to what they all promise. I have been lied to and wasted 10 hours on the phone with the wrong department, hung up on after waiting on hold and also my chat session ended after 3-4 hours. I have been promised a promotion would be added to my account only to find out the next day it was not, and not sonly was it not added, but the promotion wasn’t even available. I have been told I would get credits on my account only to have a text message tell me the request for the credit offered to me by a “supervisor” has been denied. Will you stop hiding behind AI and an incompetent service staff and actually respond to your customers?
