Hello, @user_dd0f3d Our Seasonal Convenience Plan allows Xfinity customers to temporarily suspend their services while away, helping them save money. To enroll, customers must visit the Seasonal Convenience Plan homepage, sign in, select start and end dates, choose a contact email, specify billing preferences, and accept the Terms & Conditions. After submitting, a confirmation screen and email will be provided. Customers can manage their plan online, including canceling or changing dates, but can only cancel before the plan starts. Changes require consent to rates and charges before saving.
