How do i order a new DVR?

How do i order a newer DVR that will handle 5 different TV’s. We have an older XG2v2 that only handles 4 tuners and we need one that handles 5. We have the older DVR and 4 set top boxes, but are getting error xre-03046.

Hello @user_hgr4z5. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. To order the new X1 DVR, you can go into any Xfinity store and pick one up, or we can ship one to you in the mail. If you would like us to ship one to you, please send us a Direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you with getting that new DVR box.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Just curious...If my DVR which has a hard drive breaks, would I still be able to get a replacement  with a hard drive?

Thank you for reaching out here u/tbill1. The new X1 DVR, s have cloud based storage available up to 300 Hours depending on the level of service you choose. The replacement options for the devices with an internal hard drive would depend on availability.
