how do i make an appointment for a technician to come to my house?

i signed up 2 months ago and I pay for 1gig internet. for the first month i was getting consistently no higher then 300megs down. So i made an appointment for a technician to come to my house to check on why this was happening.  All of a sudden I was getting my 1gig internet speed. So i cancelled the appointment. I got that 1gig speed for two days and the rest of this month my speed has consistently been 150megs. [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]. How do i get an appointment for a technician to come out to my house?

Actually the posted link does not work -- it leads to a "404 Not Found" page. No doubt the employee meant to post https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.
