How do I make a complaint to some one higher up then Xfinity employees

I signed up for the essential $14.95 plan I decided I would ask a question about what the other plans offer I didn't say I wanted to change my plan not at all somewhere in between messaging Xfinity my Internet shut off unsure why when I was right next to the thing when I finally got connected the chat had ended so I went on paying my $14.95 bill then I get an email saying I owe them $165 I got on my app and I talked to 3 other employees telling me they fixed the problem but they haven't now they have my account in collection I never gave that employee my consent to change my plan and I'm pretty [Edited: "Language"] that they did I'm on a fixed income I can't afford a higher paying Internet what do I do?

To send a direct message:

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
