How do I know if I get Increased Upload Speed with xFi Complete?
I am looking at upgrading internet speed, and upload speed is important to me. I am aware that I can get increased upload speed with xFi Complete, but it is dependent on my area.

How do I know if I would get this increased speed before committing to the new internet plan?

Hi, @user_27q5g9. Thank you for reaching out. I see you are interested in a new plan with faster uploads. As a result, you were curious about how you could check. We will notify customers when their area has been upgraded. That will be via email, on the Xfinity App, and even by mail in some areas. You can follow all the updates here https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/wiki/knowledgebase/next-generation-internet/. I'll post the updated list as of 9/22/23. If you find your area below, please let me know.
Current Areas: Last confirmed: 9/22/23
Below are the current cities that have been rolled out. Some areas may be upgraded that are not on the list, as each division is working at their own pace. Please note that just because your city is listed, your area may still be in the upgrade process. You will have received an email notifying you that speeds have increased, otherwise a community specialist can check to see if your address has received the upgrades:
Central Division*
Alabama: Birmingham, Huntsville, and Tuscaloosa
Arkansas: Little Rock
Florida: Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami (Dade and Broward), Naples, Panama City, and West Palm Beach
Georgia: Atlanta and Augusta
Illinois: Champaign and Peoria
Indiana: Indianapolis
Louisiana: Monroe
Michigan: Battle Creek, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Lansing
Mississippi: Jackson
Ohio: Toledo
Tennessee: Knoxville, Memphis, and Nashville
West Division
Arizona: Tucson
California: Chico, Fresno/Visalia, Monterey, Oakland, Sacramento, Salinas, San Francisco, San Jose, and Santa Barbara
Colorado: Colorado Springs and Denver
Minnesota: Minneapolis
Missouri: Kansas City
New Mexico: Albuquerque
Oregon: Portland
Texas: El Paso/Las Cruces and Houston
Utah: Salt Lake City
Washington: Seattle and Spokane
Northeast Division
Connecticut: Hartford
Maryland: Baltimore and Salisbury
Massachusetts: Boston, Burlington, and Springfield
New York: New York
Oregon: Portland
Pennsylvania: Harrisburg, Johnstown, Pittsburg, Philadelphia, Springfield, and Wilkes Barre
Virginia: Charlottesville and Roanoke
Washington DC
*Customers must be subscribed to a Simple & Easy package to receive speeds--Legacy packages do not qualify. These areas are part of our Central Division (you can view what division you in by checking out this map West is Purple, Central is Green, Northeast is Blue).
As more cities are officially announced, this list will be updated. Customers will receive a bill message, a letter and an email informing them of the faster upload speeds. In some areas, upgrades are being performed street-by-street so we can not always know exactly when your address will be ready.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
