How do I increase number of rings before remote voicemail picks up.

Right now our landline rings 3 times before our remote voicemail picks up. I want to increase the number of rings to 9 before our remote voicemail picks up. I was told to go to advanced call forwarding to make that change, however when I get to call forwarding menu on my account, while basic and selective call forwarding appear to work, advanced call forwarding says (sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes). This message has been on here for months. What do I do? I’ve done chats, talk to live people and gone into an Xfinity retail store but to no avail. No one has been able to solve my problem. This ring problem started back in September 2024. HELP!
