How do I get Xfinity to connect exterior line to my home?
We recently remodeled our home and during construction our existing xfinity line from the pole was disconnected. We restarted our Xfinity account but found that we need a new exterior wire to connect to the house. No one on the retail side seems to know who to contact. We already had a technician come out but they only handle coaxial interior connections once the exterior line is connected. The tech started a ticket with Xfinity maintenance, it we have no way of tracking it and no way of knowing when this will be done. My wife works from home so it’s essential we have this done asap. Customer service via phone has not been helpful. Can anyone help?
