How do I get Xfinity to bury my permanent cable? The temporary is on HOA and the main cable box is exposing neighbors internet

It's been a 5 weeks of running around with Xfinity -  How do I get Xfinity to bury my permanent cable?  The temporary is on HOA and the main cable box is exposing  neighbors internet.   They put a temporary line in - left the main cable box open.  We are planning to get 6 inches of snow - I just moved here - I don't want to upset ALL of the neighbors!

I have called and called - which is -- btw - a tedious horrendous process.  The xfinity assistant and chats are useless.
