How do I get "unlimited data" added to my account?

I've seen this asked here multiple times, but for the reasons referenced below, I'll ask again. I keep getting emails from Xfinity that inform that if I desire to do away with overage fees, I need merely pay them an extra $30.00 per month for "unlimited data." When I click on the associated links, however, I eventually get this:

On every other thread that I've found where someone asks about this, a Comcast employee joins in and asks the person to start a direct chat, at which time they'll add "unlimited data" to their account. So that's why I'm doing this. I'm trying to initiate the "Secret Handshake" to unlock unlimited data.

Hello there!  You've reached the right place for help. Our team will look into the account and manually add unlimited data with you. Can you send us your full name and full service address?

 

To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
