How do I get the wireless 1GB Xfi gateway that is included in my City View Farms Bulk apartment agreement?

I live at City View Farms in Franklin, Indiana. They have a BULK internet agreement for all the apartments that includes GB internet with a wireless Xfi gateway.

I went to the local store (Greenwood, Indiana) last week and they changed my internet service but I did not get the Xfi wireless gateway that is included with the BULK agreement.

I asked for it.

I went to the Apartment office after and they mentioned they have had several issues with the BULK program and asked me to call Xfinity.

I called Xfinity last Friday 3/20 and asked again for the Xfi wireless gateway.

I still do not have it?

I can no longer change my TV service, I always get sent to a screen that says to call.
