How do I get someone in the United States
Your customer service is awful… had a technical issue someone in the Philippines booked me an appointment for the following day I get a text stating I don’t have an appointment for that day but am on the waitlist… called back got a chat person or robot who literally texted me 20 messages in a row without me responding , I told them to stop they wouldn’t it was harassment … I am now going to cancel all together your customer service was the catalyst … get people who are live and speak English to work for you …..
