How do I get someone in the United States

Your customer service is awful… had a technical issue someone in the Philippines booked me an appointment for the following day I get a text stating I don’t have an appointment for that day but am on the waitlist… called back got a chat person or robot who literally texted me 20 messages in a row without me responding , I told them to stop they wouldn’t it was harassment … I am now going to cancel all together your customer service was the catalyst … get people who are live and speak English to work for you …..

Summary of my issue is above - I thank you for your apology however I am cancelling in person tmro. My bill has been slowly sky rocketing for years and now your customer service is awful and you cannot get a live person in the United States on the phone- that was the last straw . Btw I had to block the chats because someone again texted me “ directions to a store I asked for “ which I didn’t 17 times in a row today .. not sure if you have robots / incompetent people or both . But I’m out

Your “ direct messages” are AI bots and if they are not you seriously need to re train your over seas team I had to block x finity because I was getting random texts at all hours 12am etc .. so that’s not helpful .. I cancelled cable and will cancel internet as well I would highly suggest making your prices more competitive and having better customer service with live people on the phone in this country .. thank you

I have the same issue. I want to be connected to someone here in the United States, and this is so awful especially when having technical issues. They don’t understand what we are speaking about, and if I hear “By the way, Ma’am..” again, I’m gonna rip my hair out.
