How do I get repair service for cables line detaching from house and falling with 8 feet of ground.

Comcast cable has started detaching from house and is about 8 feet off the ground.  How can I get someone to come repair?

ElizebethM, Hi there! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I definitely understand your concern, especially with the line hanging that low from your home.

Before we get a technician out, I just want to check, are you currently noticing any service issues (like interruptions with your internet, TV, or phone), or is everything still working normally? Either way, you've come to the right expert team to help over social media. A line that’s detached or hanging like that does need to be addressed. We can get a technician or maintenance team out to safely repair or secure the line for you. In many cases like this, it’s considered an outside wiring issue, so we’ll make sure it’s handled appropriately. Once I know if you’re experiencing any service issues, I can help get the right type of service request set up and move this forward for you.
