how do I get my peacock rewards

The posts all say to send a direct message, I have no direct message option or chat icon.  Peacock rewards does not show up in my billing account,  but I am clearly a platinum reward level. How do I fix this? This as recent problem I had peacock until xfinity started charging for it.
