how do i get live chat

I cannot access live chat for customer support. The ask xfinity option only takes me to the bot, and the bot refuses to connect me with live customer agent or chat. This is infuriating. My problem is trying to access my comcast.net email. I have tried all the listed options and nothing works. So I need a live customer service agent to help me. Please tell me simply how to connect with a live customer service agent via live chat. I have seen similar questions here in the forum but none of the responses answered the question. thank you in advance.
