How do I get help?!?!

I refuse to call and sit on hold on the phone just to ask a question.  You used to be able to do a quick text with someone.  Now there is nothing.  Every [Edited: "Language"] form of communication I attempt gets me nothing but errors.  Sending a message in facebook just gets a link to an empty chat window that no one ever joins.  This company's customer service is a complete joke.

In general terms, can you tell me what's going on with the services that are causing so much frustration?

I have tried using Facebook many times and all I end up with is an empty chat window.  I wait and no one ever joins.

I have been trying since March to get rewards points back that shouldn't have been deleted.  I clicked on "View Offer" and 300 points got deleted from my account for a smart watch offer.  After reading the information, I didn't have any interest in the offer, yet the points were deducted.  I won't even try to read any offers now.

And how do I find out how much individual services cost?  You used to be able to "build" a custom package.

Was this a promotion for Xfinity Mobile that we were looking at, or one via our Xfinity Rewards site

 

Plans/promotions are available to view by using the Xfinity Plan Builder. Some services, like home phone, do require the assistance of an agent when rebundling.

And can you please tell my why EVERY time I post a response I get a window telling me to complete my registration?  And it WON'T close.

Regarding the registration, you will need to complete your registration, and we have a really awesome Walkthrough right here in our Forum to help, which I hyperlinked for you. Were there specific services you had wanted to see promotions for? In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I can't get past the pop up to get to the icon.  I clear cache and cookies, login, approve the login through the app and then I get the pop up.  And every reply I try to post here, I have to delete the cookies and cache and go through the whole process again.  And I've tried two browsers.  The pop up tells me Email update is disabled. The complete registration does nothing.
