How do I get an update on my property damage claim filed with Comcast
I want to find a way to find the status of my property damage claim [removed private information]
the claims agent handling my claim has told me for over a week he’s passed it up to his supervisor but nothing has happened. The damage was caused over 3 weeks ago. I have provided police reports, pictures, repair estimates etc. and I have not received anything at all from Comcast.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
