How do I get a human to check on help desk ticket

Your company is then worst I ever have dealt with - your chat and your phone number is the worst, I would change service if I could but limited by the region. 

how do I get someone to help me???! I need someone to check on an account holder transfer- the help desk ticket is closed but won't give me details and I am still being billed.  Seriously- I don't want other companies to have a monopoly- but yours is forcing people to go with another one.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
