how do I get a hold of customer relations that deals with customer service people who lied to you

A customer service supervisor lied to me 3 times on a call on January 22nd, 2026.  How do I get a hold of someone who can hold this person accountable and get me what I was looking for in the first place, or compensate me for all of the time that was spent sending out a technician to my house for no reason, and waisting my time on numerous subsequent phone calls. Mario for the loyalty department that I spoke to on January 29th was completely un caring and lied to me also on the call. This is absolutely unacceptable. He didn't even try to help me with my situation. All he did was say that it was not his problem.
